Catherine is delighted to be returning to Kellys Hotel Rosslare as part of the chefs calendar.  Kellys is renowned for its food and Catherine looks forward to bringing something special to the table this Spring in Wexford.  Each day will offer a different menu.

I am delighted to announce the launch of my latest cookbook, A Taste of Home, which showcases the best ingredients Ireland has to offer with a collection of delicious, reliable recipes.
